Elimination diet
There are so many reasons why individuals react negatively to foods which is why an elimination diet is the best method of assessing food sensitivities. The diet described below is:
- Generally hypoallergenic
- Gluten free, casein free and lactose free
- Devoid of all food additives/colourings/artificial sugars
- Low in dietary yeasts
- Reduced glutamates
- Low in dietary solanines
- Devoid of caffeine and alcohol
- Unrefined/whole/fresh foods
